Recipe :

Donut Mix 300g

Water 145g

Instant Yeast 5g

Margarine 20g

 

 

 

How to Prepare :

1. Mix Donut Mix, water & yeast , slow speed 1 min.

2. Add margarine, mix fast speed 10-15 mins or until fully developed.

3. Bench time : 30 mins.

4. Roll out dough 1.5cm thickness. Cut dough with donut cutter.

5. Proof dough till double in size.

6. Frying : 185'C.
