1. Pour agar-agar powder (25grams) into 2.5 litres of water
2. Cook and stir until boil
3. Add in 0.5 kg of sugar and keep stirring until totally dissolve (Flavoring & color can be added as you like)
4. Pour into tray and let it cool and become solid
5. Store in refrigerator before serving for better taste
